Hi folks, I hope someone can help me.

I am streaming live fitness classes. I want the highest quality as people will be paying for these classes. I have a Canon HV40 Vixia. I have an Insprion Dell 5410 laptop, I am using Livestream premium and I usually have a direct ethernet connection for highest speed, I also have a 4G Verizon plan when I need to go mobile. I am trying to broadcast in high definition. I am being told that my video card in the laptop isn’t fast enough. I am using firewire 4 pin (camera) to 6 pin (laptop express card). I bought the Black Magic Intensity Shuttle and a usb 3.0 express card. It doesn’t work. Question: will upgrading my video card allow me to broadcast in HD?
